1. Introduction

2. Eligibility

Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source.

3. Account Registration & Security

Providing false information — including a false date of birth or a mobile number that does not belong to you — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Each individual may hold only one active g9win account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. g9win uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed, all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited, and any remaining real-money balance will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Deposited funds may be returned to the original payment source at g9win's discretion.

  Account Transfer:g9win accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any account balance to another person.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

g9win accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your g9win wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within 30 seconds for mobile wallet methods. g9win does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which g9win is not responsible. All deposited funds must be used for legitimate betting activity and may not be deposited with the intention of immediately withdrawing without wagering.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. g9win does not process withdrawals to a different wallet or bank account than the one used for funding. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed as promptly as possible. g9win may request identity verification documentation before approving a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where account verification has not been completed. g9win reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

  Withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous wallets, or cryptocurrency addresses are not permitted under any circumstances.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

g9win may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be stated at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are available to players who have a fully verified account in good standing. g9win reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Players who attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated play, arbitrage strategies, or abuse of multiple accounts will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed.

Most bonuses on g9win are subject to a wagering requirement before any derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in total). Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — sports bets, live casino, and slots may carry different contribution percentages as specified in the individual bonus terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the validity window results in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any accumulated bonus winnings.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on g9win are subject to acceptance by the platform. g9win reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that it determines to be based on insider information, coordinated betting activity, or exploitation of a pricing error. A bet is only confirmed once a confirmation reference number is issued to the player. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to a system error or connectivity issue are void and any staked funds will be returned.

g9win reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: (a) the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum completion threshold required for settlement; (b) the result is declared void by the relevant sporting authority; (c) the bet was placed after the event commenced due to a data feed delay (late bet); (d) a clear and manifest error in odds resulted in an obviously incorrect price. Where a bet is voided, the staked amount is returned to the player's wallet. g9win's decision on void bets is final.

During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended, login access will be disabled, and promotional communications will be suppressed. g9win will take reasonable steps to honour self-exclusion requests; however, it remains the player's responsibility to refrain from attempting to circumvent the exclusion.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

g9win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

  The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age, to have provided false registration information, or to be a prohibited person as defined in Section 2 of these Terms.
• 18.2
  The account holder is reasonably suspected of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting systems, money laundering, or any other illegal activity in connection with the platform.
• 18.3
  The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to operating multiple accounts or abusing the bonus system.
• 18.4
  g9win is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory obligation, or the instruction of a competent authority.

9. Intellectual Property & Platform Use

All content on the g9win platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game integrations, and promotional materials — is the property of g9win or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the express written consent of g9win.

You agree that you will not use the g9win platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment. Prohibited conduct includes: using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform; scraping or harvesting data from the platform; attempting to reverse-engineer or tamper with any software or security feature; using the platform to facilitate money laundering or any illegal financial transaction; and engaging in any conduct that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the platform's normal operation. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, g9win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption. g9win's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve calendar months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

g9win endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, network failures, or cyberattacks. g9win shall not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of platform unavailability, provided that g9win takes reasonable steps to restore service as quickly as practicable.

11. Amendments & Governing Law

g9win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, g9win will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. Translations are provided for informational convenience only and do not create independent legal rights or obligations.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with any supplementary policies published on the g9win platform (including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy, and individual bonus terms), constitute the entire agreement between you and g9win with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
